I discovered my love of yoga during law school in 2012 and completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 alongside co-hosts Alice & Anne. I love yoga for the peace of mind & spiritual connection it provides; physical health and wellbeing are just icing on the cake. I have been fortunate enough to attend yoga and meditation retreats in India, Costa Rica, El Salvador, and locally in Dahlonega and Jesup. This opportunity to share what I've learned with fellow yogis in adventurous locations is a dream come true. The only things I love more than yoga and traveling are my two precious children and spending quality time with family and friends.

My yoga journey began over a decade ago in Colorado when a friend recommended trying hot yoga. We attended a Bikram yoga class with the heat set at 105 degrees, led by a stern Russian instructor. It was intense, it was sweaty, and it was amazing! From that moment, I was captivated. I began to delve deep into Bikram yoga and explore various other styles. This exploration fueled my desire to expand my knowledge. Upon relocation to St. Simons Island in 2016, I not only found a yoga teacher training program on the island but also a vibrant yoga community. I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with additional certification in Yin yoga. Also, I'm an avid bird watcher and am always eager to spot some beautiful birds on adventures.

Welcome to my yoga journey! Since 2017, I've been dedicated to sharing my passion for yoga with students from all walks of life. I began my journey at the YMCA before transitioning to FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center), where I continue to train students from various DHS organizations across the country. From dynamic Hot Yoga sessions to the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, my classes are designed to challenge and restore both body and mind. In September 2024, I helped lead my first yoga retreat in the breathtaking tropical setting of Costa Rica. It provided the opportunity for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth through daily yoga practices, meditation, and immersion of nature. After the retreat, I was hooked, I knew leading more retreats and offering this amazing experience to others is something I wanted to continue to do. I would love for you to join me for our retreat in Belize or in The Clouds at The Club for regular classes, specialized workshops, and personalized sessions that integrate the rich history and philosophy of yoga into modern practice.

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years! Time truly flies when you’re immersed in something so fulfilling. Each year has brought new insights and growth, and I’m excited to continue this journey. I tried yoga for the first time in my 20's and was instantly captivated by how amazing it made me feel, both physically and mentally. In 2010, I discovered the magic of hot yoga, and it truly changed everything for me! By 2012, I had earned my YTT 200-hour certification, and I have been sharing the yoga love with my community ever since. My classes are all about fun and creativity, encouraging everyone to explore their potential through mindful flows. Plus, my love for yoga and travel has taken me to incredible places like Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Portugal and Bali. When I'm not on the mat, you can find me strolling with my pup Charlie, hanging with family and friends or diving into crafty projects.
